Fight of the siblings

arguments were forged
trust, alas, was gorged.

Gorged to death by the travesty,
the irony, the lying and the abject complacency.

i was subjected to,
indeed, a violent twist was our impromptu rendezvous.

clash of the moment
you deemed me as nothing.

step up! you said
like a vengeful miscreant.

i turned away
gasping for an escape.

because just the other day,
i was doing more anyway.

i’ve realized the distorted views
and i was here to make clarity anew.

yet again
i was nothing.

even with witnesses, you win
however, let me tell you, i am something.

time heals wounds, they say
time only festers wounds, I claim!
